Is LobePro Right for You?
Does the application …
- Involve sludge, mud, or thick fluids?
- Contain corrosives or fine abrasives?
- Require a low-pulse or low-shear flow?
- Require self-priming suction lift, strong vacuum, or have low NPSHA?
- Involve froth, DAF, or another mixture of gas and fluid?
- Require a measured flow or a constant pressure at various flow rates?
If you answered “yes” to even one of the above questions, you may benefit from a LobePro rotary lobe pump.

I was very pleasantly surprised at the simplicity of maintenance since a PC rebuild normally required (2) maintenance technicians and could take 2-3 days vs (1) maintenance technician for less than (1) day to perform a similar rebuild to a LobePro pump.
Our LobePro pumps are fabulous as they provide clean and consistent performance without issues."
We still have the pump in operation that we purchased parts from your company for, in fact I recently had it down for inspection thinking it should be almost in need of overhaul but your parts are holding up so well it didn't need anything yet.
Your willingness to build, test and ship a new pump for us in a couple weeks to meet our budgetary requirements for the end of the year was impressive.
Unlike delays we experienced from another manufacturer, your guaranteed two business day shipment of wear parts has kept our pumps up and running on numerous occasions.
I love this LobePro pump. It takes three guys three days to rebuild a PC Pump. It took three hours to rebuild the LobePro and I did it myself. I can’t wait until we replace the other PC Pumps with LobePro.
In the last five years I have upgraded and replaced eight progressive pumps with the LobePro Rotary Lobe pumps with less maintenance issues and substantial cost savings since the parts cost are approximately 2/3 less than standard progressive cavity pumps. Over the next few years, I anticipate replacing all of our existing progressive cavity pumps with LobePro Rotary Pumps.
